We have the annoying 18 and 7 talk every year and a lot of people are whiney about it. I do understand, 7 was a lot of fun before coach O ruined it by giving it to someone unproven and its never been the same since then. 18, on the other hand, is a true honor. It's earned through dedication to the team, and leadership. While 7 may need to go, 18 needs to stay. Its an honor to wear that number.
