I’ve been saying for a couple years he was going to be a better pro, than he was at LSU.
I think he’s going to stick in the league for a while, whether he is a starter or long term backup.

He was clearly in much worse shape last year with his injury than anyone in the facility lead on. So him being instantly better is not that surprising.
But the man still has a propensity for throwing off his back foot into questionable coverage. Good fix that.

Kiffin would have replaced Nuss with a QB that had a skillset that fits his offense better. There’s a reason that you had to go all the way back to 2015 to pull that example.

It’s just a silly thing to say. He wants whoever is the better QB like most any coach. You know who ruined their career by choosing type over quality? Gus Malzahn, he never realized what worked best for his own offense and he’s one of the great designers and play callers in modern CFB. Chip Kelly is another one who got out over his skis with his QBs and has never gotten back to where he was at Oregon even though he’s influenced CFB offenses as much as anyone over that time.
