I could see him relapsing and doing some really, really dumb shite that lands him in legal trouble.

Go home and dive into his swimming pool full of money a la Scrooge McDuck. Assuming he's had even the most rudimentary of financial planning, he's set for life, even without the buyout. I wish somebody would fire me under that scenario

He's done all of this to himself.
I really liked the guy but at this point, he's in way over his head, he has no idea what to do or how to fix it, and he's out of control. Whether he was joking or not, you don't say what he said when you're the face of a multimillion dollar football program at a top destination.
Just get rid of him. It's just getting worse.

When USC told him he wasn't getting the permanent job, he threw a tantrum, quit before their bowl game, and sat on his couch for a year until Les called him.
I doubt he does anything illegal, but he'll probably pout and feel sorry for himself again until another desperate coach offers him a job.

That type of behavior isn't unusual for Orgeron though.
He got fired from Miami for allegedly beating the shite out of a guy at a bar, among other things.
At Ole Miss, he tried to fight a reporter he thought was "sabotaging" his program, and challenged his own players to fight him. None of it made him unhireable.
At his age, I just don't envision him spiraling into more serious legal trouble, unless some bombshell comes out of the Title IX investigation.

Nobody is more aware of the score more than Ed O. Thus, he won't have any hard feelings. He failed and now he will pay the price for failure. No problem, he's a millionaire and now he can take life easy while someone else coaches the football program he loves.

Knew I should’ve listened to the show tonight. Was just telling someone that during Curly’s last year that show got crazy. People would call and jump his shite and he would tell them to meet him out front of the offices the next morning at 8 cause he wanted to kick their arse. For you baws not old enough this crap 100000% REALLY HAPPENED on air during the show. Stuff like this you cannot make up. Goes to show you if you wait long enough everything comes back around in cycles. Sad how far we’ve fallen in less than 2 full years (1/13/2020)
