None of the starters are from Louisiana

It was great that LSU won but it use to be at least half a team was from that state of the college. There were no starters from Louisiana on the team. How sad. This portal thing has really screwed up college sports. And when you add in money paid to players, it just doesn't feel the same anymore.

Part of that is a byproduct of high school girls basketball in this state not being very good. Mikayla Williams coming in next year hopefully will calm your nerves though.

Only one of Iowa's starters was from Iowa. It happens. Two players from LSU's team are from Louisiana. The rest chose to bring their talent to our state and win us a championship. Good on them.
