Thought a Library is a laptop these days…

Yeah is spending money on a new library smart when everything is online and digital nowadays?

The library is going to take up the entire Quad? Am I seeing that right?

The CAM building will take up the spot presently occupied by the ROTC building. ROTC is being moved somewhere else on campus but I'm not sure of the exact location.

It’s being moved to the Louisiana Emerging Technologies Center on the corner of South Stadium and East Parker.

Why are we wasting money on this crap when we have so many NIL issues to contend with?

Ive seen better in the real Quad.
Seriously, the entire project looks amazing. Razing Middleton alone to return the Quad to its originally designed cross shape is worth the effort. You will have a view from the steps of Hill Memorial to the Tower the parade ground and the law school beyond.

creek behind the business college
There used to be big, beautiful ganja plants growing wild along that creek that were free for anyone to harvest. At least that's what a friend told me.

I guess I'm just not a fan of modern architecture but it looks good for what it is

Libraries are different these days. The rows of books are still there (and still important to preserve history and older knowledge) but now they are equipped with lots of computers, study areas, and co-working spaces for group projects

They should be spending that money on baseball

Looking at those pics, LSU still has some of the best looking girls in the SEC
Yep. What was true in the past is still true in 2030!

Brick and mortar campuses are becoming more and more irrelevant in the AI age.
Somebody tell the throngs of students on campus. Next year’s list of freshmen applicants is even higher.

Is that around the CEBA building? I don't recognize any of those buildings. The only class I took on that side of campus was in the CEBA building.

Gfy we don't want you. Not that you ever attended in the first place.
