Another year for Brennan to develop!
Posted on 11/26/17 at 2:03 pm to baseballcatch77
How does he have any eligibility left
Posted on 11/26/17 at 2:05 pm to BengalBen
If he comes in and starts, ths board will hate him but if he comes in and sits the bench, he'll be the most loved and underutilized QB talent LSU has ever had.

Wouldn’t mind another Jesuit guy.
Posted on 11/26/17 at 2:22 pm to BengalBen
Meh. Wouldn't be the worst thing to gave him on the bench as experienced insurance if Brennan and/or Narcisse crash and burn. No thanks on having him compete for the starting job.

No thanks
Give me an Ole Miss transfer or just go with Brennan/Narcisse

Agree. I watched a lot of Nebraska games. Dudes legit with a great arm. His o-line was awful, way worse than ours at the beginning of the year. Not saying he would or should automatically start here, but to say he's not good would be flat out wrong

Tanner Lee is really good at getting his coaches fired.
If he can do the same for an AD, sign him up ASAP.

No shite.
Most of these idiots saying no prob couldn't have told you what sport kid played much less what team before this thread.

Given that we are relying on an unproven Brennan next season, I would take Lee. We need to have a plan B and a plan C imho. I hope Brennan is great, but if not, then it would be nice to have a QB with experience to turn to.
Posted on 11/26/17 at 4:13 pm to BengalBen
It's always good to have experienced depth on the team but he was really bad this year.

I will ride with Brennan or narcisse, or whoever wins the job.

Allow Lee to transfer, be on the scout team, and hold the clipboard on game day.
I agree with others who say we should ride and develop the talent we have on hand.

If McMillan transfers which is a possibility, we need depth. He’s got experience. Etling was a blessing for Lsu and no one wanted him when he transferred really. We would have been up a shite creek if he didn’t come to Lsu.. Imo if he comes Canada and Ensminger probably give the ok so I’m good with it. We need Qbs and he’s got D1 experience. And Lsu isn’t exactly Tulane or Nebraska. More weapons, better oline.. better backs. At the end of the day whether he ends up a starter or scout team we still need him.
