The entire season he played like his hair...very feminine. There is nothing physical about him and those NBA men will eat him alive

He also needs to find a way to make his hands not look like bricks. Every time he tried to dribble it was a turnover

I haven’t even seen him projected to get drafted in the 2nd in most mocks

I saw one where he and Waters we're almost in the 3rd Round.

Teams scared they can’t make a damn strong offer so he is dropping to where they can afford him

he was never a sure fire 1st round lock...in fact, he's been out of the first round for the majority of the year.

I think Tankathon is one of the better NBA draft sites, and their latest mock has Waters and Naz going undrafted. Losing both of those guys just to see them not get picked would suck.

Uh... no, he wasn't.

He didn't make a single inside move all season.

In the NCAA game he hung out at the side, deep.

Up until March he was projected mid to late first.

After his NCAA, I wondered what people like about him.

No game.

He got bad advice.
He failed to learn to keep options open. Stay in school and actually learn the game.
And a European language.

Sad, really. D league is in his future. A European minor league.

Alas.

And he fell to the floor a lot. He has skill, just has these little inadequacies he needs to get fixed. In a couple years I think he will be a good player in the NBA.

Lets be honest. There wasn't a player on last years team that should have left early. They all should be back for Will Wade to lead to the title

Shitting on great players that all the experts agreed should go pro. Wade has all our fans’ minds fricked.

Lacks lower body strength. Naz needs a couple years on the squats to get stronger legs. He has the body and the skills to excel in the NBA, just needs leg strength.
So he’s been a habitual leg day skipper?

Red flag, major.

He could have really used another year or two of college ball

Bless his heart for thinking he is good, but he is not.

I knew this would happen, because he is not a very good BB player, he is just big.

He has that old stigma- he can't walk and chew gum at the same time

Can shoot a set shot from outside, and sometimes bully his way for a basket inside, but hardly smooth. However these are is downfalls:

Cannot post up properly because he has NO IDEA how to use a pivot foot
Out of balance down in low post when he tries to make a move
Week hands and puts the ball down low and it get batted out his hands too often
When he is cutting to the basket- OUT OF CONTROL
Walks a lot and falls to the ground making a move, and tries to shoot the ball from the hip
Stupid fouls
No discipline for a man that size and supposedly athletic, just way out of control

And that was in college, the pros will eat his lunch

He should have stayed in school and got some big man/post training, footwork, pivot foot, stay in control, etc...

who said that he was a First Round Pick
Ohhhhh
You did!!!

Naz Reid, is a good player,
but
He Turns the ball over
His Shooting is inconsistent
and Hid D is AVERAGE
and He can't dribble

Biggest mistake ever to leave early, will cost him BIG MONEY...

I do see GREAT POTENTIAL
But Leaving Early, only allows his value to drop drop drop

I got banned a month for starting a thread and shitting on naz Reid’s game. I like him and he is a good team player but as a 6’11 guy he just wasn’t good. I went to the UF LSU game out here in Gainesville and nothing like watching him get a rebound 2 ft from the goal and instead of trying to score near the basket he would try and dribble out. I mean a 6’11 guard is basically what he is. He will need at least 3 more years to develop to contribute in the NBA and that’s if he changes his need to get physical and take it to the basket. Not shitting on him just stating what I watched.

No he doesn't. Most true objective fans can see the obvious. Reid has some physical attributes but very little game and plays inconsistent. I doubt there is an LSU fan who is not wishing him success. If he has the heart and work ethic, he can make a career but it will take some time, IMO.

When he put it on the floor in the post it was an automatic turnover. That’s troubling for those considering whom to draft.

Luckily for Naz, nobody in the NBA plays any fricking defense, so he's probably fine.
