He definitely has the potential to carve out a nice role in 2-3 years. I look at the minutes Kevon Looney gets for Golden State and I think Naz could easily do the things he does at minimum.
The NBA has very few players who are asked to get post up buckets. He's not good at it, but it's almost irrelevant. Bigs, especially his size, are asked to play on the move and play in space. Naz should be able to do both of those things. He should also be a good defender around the rim like he was here. Being a good consistent screener, strengthening his lower body, and giving more consistent focus (read: reduce careless turnovers) will allow him to get good minutes in the NBA within a couple of years.

Exactly, some projections, two months ago, didn't have him or Waters in either round. This is only shocking to the P/G glasses crowd. I hope the best for both of them though.

When he put it on the floor in the post it was an automatic turnover. That’s troubling for those considering whom to draft.
No doubt. And, it seemed he was less than 50% on making layups. Good dude though it seems and he tried hard. Hope he makes it.

Showing up to the combine at 14% body fat for a guy who has motor questions is not a good look. He's literally the only player over 10%. I like Naz a lot, but he either isn't getting good advice or isn't listening to it.

IMO had Naz returned to LSU for just 1 more year he might have been a top 10 pick.

Showing up for another year wasn't going to magically vault him to top 10. He would need to put in a lot of work to get his body right. He could transform himself into an absolute beast if he put his mind to it.

Will Wade said before the season he was one and done.
He was compared to Chris Webber coming out of high school.
He’s no where close to that level of athleticism and skill.
He has the ability to improve but no nba team is going to put in the time to do that for him. He has to want it.
The two things he does well are offensive rebounding and shooting a set shot. Everything else needs major improvement.
Dribbling without turning it over.
Making a basketball play without falling down.
Low post moves.
Defense.
