Question is...

Will he put on the weight needed?

Yes, he'll borrow it from Shelvin

Tommy Hodson played in the NFL at 6'3" 195 lbs and did not have nearly the arm strength of Brennan.

He transfers at the end of this season.

Given the fact that he could not find the field for a play this year, and that Burrow will be back next year, this is not a bad idea for him. He can sit out, move to Maryland under Canada and it’s a net win for him.

Agreed. The Arkansas game was pretty ugly, but this team is trending in the right direction.

Brennan should be at least as good as Etling/Burrow. With his arm, he has the potential to be better

For the 2017 season that would be every team except Alabama. It may hold true for 2018 as well.

He didnt beat out Etling

True freshman didn't beat a 5th year senior?

Guess he should just give up football. Don't even play it on Xbox for that matter.

Serious question: how is is weight training going? I heard from a sauce that his size, weight and build was a concern and they’ve been supposedly putting him through a strict weight building regime this year. Anyone heard if he’s progressing on schedule
. He should come to my duck camp for the season . He will be up 2 pant and shirt sizes by the end of January.

I know and he did it in a time when the QB's weren't wearing flags. His weight is an overtalked about subject. If the kid can throw with velocity I'm not worried about how skinny he is. Hell look at Rosen, Rodgers, Brady, most of the qb's coming out of college that don't run are not huge.

How could Myles be injured without playing in a game.

Davey beat Top 10 UTk also as Jr iirc.

Not when he was a freshman. Hell, not even when he was a soph. He lost QB comp to Craig Nall and JOsh Booty before becoming what I think is our best QB ever. You guys need to give Brennan a break He is still a freshman.

This thread has a ton of awful in it. Myles has the arm talent to be an nfl prospect. He is very young and just needs to develop physically and mentally as right now he is not there yet. Any poster saying he should transfer will probably be the same poster complaining how we don’t have anybody to play qb if that were to happen. Lets see if the kid can get up around 215 at least and what kind of effect Being around Burrow will have on him. Kid has 3 years at LSU to put it together and I think he will do it at some point, just not right now.
