You have a weird definition of distant relative lol.

Myles dad I’m pretty sure helped run Brennan’s before Katrina. His dad was the first owner(Myles grandfather)

Back to his weight, this is what happens when they ruin his metabolism with his high calorie diet, and he doesn’t work out because of his injury. shite he could prob still lose 20lbs in a month when he’s healthy to do it. But damn, poor kid. Hate to see it

I would bet he actually lost weight since he's been cleared for activity, he was laid up with that injury for while

So we are to believe you over a nutritionist and S&C expert, more than likely very respected individuals in their respective careers?

HEY LSU, Lester Earl says you're doing it all wrong!!!

It doesn't take a certified nutritionist to see that Brennan is straight up fat now. He looks like he is on the drink a 12 pack a day, 3 square meals at Wendy's diet plan.

Being in that sort of shape is no way to show anybody you are serious about playing any kind of sport. Dude is on that John Daly workout plan, and looks like him too. Now he will be even slower than before, and he was a granite statue before he got fat.

Who said it was wrong?

He had to get his weight up.

Try eating 6k calories & not workout, though. Mouth breather

You know he is a scion of the Brennan's restaurant clan, right? So, eating isn't new to him.

I was worried he would never gain weight. I guess that was unfounded.

Man, that’s crazy! Brennan was amazing beginning of last year and was getting even better each game up to that injury. He was on track numbers-wise to have as good of a season as Burrow. Gaudy numbers... you could tell there were a few hitches to start, but that was first year starter stuff that they all go through. I’m fired up to see him back on the field, and every LSU fan should be!!! He’s a QB that stuck with us even though Burrow came in and rightly won the spot... but Myles STUCK. He deserves to be on that field.

Now, on Max and TJ... I personally hope that TJ sticks around like Myles did. I really like that kid. Max is gonna be a freaking beast, and I think we all saw that once he got the jitters out and the game slowed a bit for him. He’s our QB after Myles. I think Max will be our QB year-after-this bc Myles will be in the NFL, then TJ will get his year when Max leaves early, then the new QB that’s coming in this year and the kid we have will compete for the next two years.

I like what I see in the future QBs here. Let’s support all these kids and not throw them to the wolves too quick. We have some REAL talent in these guys!!!

Yeah, he was. Granted, I think he has to develop better pocket presence. But if you go back and watch, he TRIED climbing the pocket to begin last year and got creamed when he did bc our guys could not move or turn ANYONE. Horrible O line technique... Our O line SUCKED, SUCKED, SUCKED!!!! I think finally he just said screw it, and ran for the edge or backed out... and I think that’s a big reason leading to why he got hurt. Anyway, he did extremely well overall and nobody can truthfully argue that.

I really wonder if some of you even watched the Missouri game. The guy was in excruciating pain with a torn ab and threw for 430 yards and 4 TD, but hey, because the defense sucked and he was put in a must win situation after throwing for 430 said yards because he didnt connect on the game winner he's no good.

Brennan got better each game last year culminating with a great performance against Mizzou in a terrible situation for himself. Let's not forget how mediocre the receiving corps was with the dropsies those games either - 13 drops the first 3 games. He also face 51 dropbacks under pressure the first 3 games (51 times pressured in 145 dropbacks), which is insane. The OL gave him little help.
