Stop throwing shite like little baby, and start funneling that energy into vile, hateful comments on an anonymous message board like REAL MEN DO!

I used to get riled up but I am more at peace with myself and the outcome of an LSU loss since BCSNC where we laid eggs to Bama. I used to scream and holla a lot and a bit out of control but I am fine now. However LSU/Bama last year was tough. The BCSNC with Bama calmed me down because what we saw that night was not even a team unified to cheer for. Les and Team let us down and that sobered me up to not take it as serious as I used to.

As for the wife issues, Don't throw anything as that is rather stupid. Cuss a bit as that is also not needed. Jump up, run to another room, let it out but not too loud. Mix you a drink and return to TV.

Or, go to all home games, and you cant throw shite or u get booted from the game. For TV games, either go to them too or calm down as I mention above.

i wish i got to this thread earlier bc now i have 14 pages to read but...

I am 46.

dude...

the last immature thing i did was throw a crown bottle at our tailgate after the UF loss in '03 when i was 27. and i'm still pretty ashamed about that.

when i started reading i was thinking maybe you're in your mid 20's.

but seeing that you have a family and everything, haven't you learned that (while it can be all consuming) there are more important things in life than LSU football?

i don't know, maybe it's just bc i'm not an angry person. best of luck to the OP and i hope you realize your family is more important than LSU football.

Throwing stuff (cocktail glasses) out of our yard from the deck, and onto 6th street (for you Monrovians) during the infamous Ole Miss/no timeout game.

2. Throwing about 5 tonic water bottles at our barbq grill (hit it like 3 times, which put big dents in it) during the Clemson game.

3. Hollering for Tebow to get re-concussed during the Florida game (we were watching this game with another couple)

4. MF'ing and GD'ing the world during the Alabama game(s). No one other than her was a witness thereto.

5. Other Alabama games (see PP7 interceptions), where other people were around, being generally nonpleasant to be around, but holding the cursing down to a few damns, shits, and hells. Ya know, since there were other folks there and all.

6. During the Georgia game, when Lee threw bunch of pics, I did not want to hang around at the tailgate after the game, and wanted to go back to the hotel. My a-holery was in full bloom that day for sure.
This guy gets it.

This is a second marriage for me. We've been married two years, and dated about 4 years prior to that, so now, we've been together for 6 football seasons. Over the course of that 6 years, I have, at times, become overly emotional during LSU football games

I advise you to tone that shite down.

Try to take a walk or something when you feel your anger boiling over.

But I don't think it's as uncommon as most are making it out to be. I've seen other LSU fans do similar things. I've mellowed over the years, but I tended to get more rambunctious when LSU was doing well.

I guess I missed that. I didn't realize this was a call-in show.

ETA: If I did any of the things you do over a football game, I'd be humiliated to be seen in public. I'm 20 years younger than you, FWIW and I'd be willing to bet that LSU means just as much to me, if not more, than you.

Every poster on here has flipped his/shite at some point. The OP has a list of his frick ups. I suggest he learn from the past. As for all the posters writing as though they are exact - living replicas of Jesus Christ, I got news for you...you ain't him!!!

This is dumb. No one is claiming to be perfect in this thread, but most people don't drive people to the point they say that you've ruined something for them. Also, did you read, he said he is 46 still doing these things.
