My issue with this wasn’t that she was talking shite. It’s the fact that following the girl around the court and talking shite for 30 seconds after the buzzer was more important to her than celebrating with her teammates.

2. Angel did NOT get in Caitlyn Clark's face last year in the NCG. Angel was behind Clark and Clark was walking away in the other direction. Clark did not even see Angel wave her hand.
3. Caitlyn Clark spent the entire NCAA Ty waving he hand in front of her face as Iowa won 5 straight TY games. When you dish it out you have to take it.

Never a popular opinion on this board but she’s been like this her whole career. Last year, in many games, she was as much a liability as she was an asset. She even got sat quite often. She was on her double-double record run and labeled the ‘Bayou Barbie’, so everyone overlooked her intermittent laziness and almost constant negative leadership style.
With success, often comes entitlement, so this will be a challenge all year.

If Angel wasn't getting it done on the court and Mulkey decided she needed to sit the 2nd half to send a message then that's that. I don't understand why this whole trash talking thing needed to be rehashed again, it's got nothing to do with tonight
