So basically he’s doing his job, but the guys in front of him are not doing their jobs.

As mentioned Tommy needs to go yard and say bump all you scrubs for not getting on base

It’s hard to believe he already has 20 hits the RBIs will come if he keeps that up

If you look at that link he had that many hits in alot less games then those guys listed. Some of those guys played in the 1940's and alot earlier.

I mean, he's doing great, but at this point I'm officially rooting for him to expand the record farther to leave his "odd" mark on the record books.

that link(click on those names those years are all over the place) I provided goes all the way back to the 1800's and it looks like Tommy has like 3 hits more the guy behind him. We may be talking Cal Ripken type record here.

Part of it is that he’s often leading off innings when no one is on.
