I've got to say Bama 2018. That was the most amount of people I remember seeing on campus in a long long time.

Nothing will ever touch Bama 2018. The absolute best day ever until kickoff.

People who think it was Florida 07 are mistaken. That was an epic traffic clusterfrick where people couldn't get off campus till 2am. I was there too. I was at UGA 2003 as well.

But Bama 2018, I had two friends in from Indiana who had never been to an SEC Football game. We made it a point to show them EVERYTHING. We started at GameDay in the morning then our tailgate on the Parade Ground. Made it over to Touchdown Village at 2pm to show them the Unsupervised Tailgate and the sea of RV's. Then walked around the front of Tiger Stadium and tailgated with Aranda's Wife and her friends for a bit(my friend's wife knew her friends). And finally going see the Golden Band From Tigerland at Victory Hill.

We saw it ourselves walking 5-7 miles that day. That was by far the most people on campus for a game in LSU history.

Bama 2014 was as packed I’ve seen it. It was the 3rd and Chavis fiasco.

This is the one. I really don’t remember anything coming close. Where I sometimes park won’t fill up until 2 o’clock for a night game. Was full at 9 am for bama 2018.

I know a few people who had tickets for the game and gave up trying to get to campus.

I was there for 12, 14, and 16. What game was the Yeldon fumbled and the call on the pulling down our lineman then settling for a field goal. LSU gives up a massive 3rd down play on the west side heading to the SEZ? Was that 12?

2012 Bama

We tailgate on the parade grounds every year and we all agree it was this game. Remember this was before they cracked down on the Greeks tailgating out there

It literally felt shoulder to shoulder packed out there about 4-5pm
Obvious major revenge spot after 1-9-12. Crazy electric buzz on campus and in the stadium

Florida 2007. That is also the game I consider to be Tiger Stadium at its peak.

At any rate, the answer to this question would have to be a game in a year before they started charging $40.00 to park on campus. They don't want that many people on campus anymore.

I left out a major detail.

LSU Salutes was also that morning. There was a flyover over the Parade Ground around 9 Am. That was NUTS. It was so low and awesome. Everyone who usually set up on the PG had to wait until the ceremony was over to set up. So then we set up and ran over to the Quad to see the GameDay picks for 10am.
first.

Then

1) still is Florida 07
2) bama 18 close second
3)Florida 09 ( but weather was muh) if it’s a perfect weather day like bama 18 that may have taken the cake(tewbow concussion game)
4) Georgia 03- at the time most packed I can very remember campus - start to finish atmosphere off the charts
5) LSU vs Auburn 1995- bring back the magic game if you had lived through the previous 8 years as a 16 year kid it was off the charts at the time

Honorable mention 1)auburn 2001 - postponed 9/11 game and we win our first west title
2)2000 tennesse - being a student it ranks as all time great tailgate
3) LSU vs Washington 1983- as posted before as a 4 year ( showing my age) my first vivid memory of a game!

I was up and at Gameday for 4:30 AM to wait in line (Always wanted to experience it from start to finish) tailgated all day afterwards, disappointing game, then went out till 3 AM. Was a hell of a day for sure.

This is why it's confusing. Florida 2007 we tailgated all day and left to take kid to babysitter at some point. Hurried back to campus to go to the game and parked right frickin here.
You couldn't do this shite in 2018. So you had more traffic and confusion in 2007 but more people in 2018.
