Wrong. Per my sources, Corey Raymond will accept the CB coach job then immediately threaten to leave for Alabama en route to earning himself a raise and promotion to DC

Respectfully, why are LSU fans so high on Blake Baker?

I know he was well liked as LB coach...

did well for 1 year at Missouri...but so did House in his first year..

so again, why are we so excited about Blake? Just asking, not trolling, no agenda, just a sincere question

Don’t come in here with all that logic and reasoning! Irrational thoughts only! One poster on one board said baker was god so it shall be…

Great recruiter, one of the reasons Perkins is here.

And according to the tweet, took mizzou defense from 113th to 25th in two seasons

I want Blake Baker badly. He is an aggressive play caller and a great recruiter.

I was told that ship sailed as he signed an extension at Missouri. Haha.

Can coach technique, can recruit — didn’t watch enough Mizzou this year to give an opinion of his scheme, but he took over a defense as bad as ours & turned them around in a year… so also seems he could be competent with the higher level coordinator responsibilities.

I’ve seen worse ideas.

Didn’t he give up 49 at home to LSU?

Have you seen his defenses play? They actually attack instead of playing prevent all game and he’s a great recruiter.

There have been zero rumors out of lsu with everything going on. I’d imagine it’s a smoke screen. Kelly is not Oger. I do like Baker but with him being pushed as a candidate makes me think it’s not him. Unless it’s being leaked by Missouri

I remember being highly impressed when Blake Baker fixed Damone Clark
