i think we did. Beck and Bush have been warming since the beginning of the inning. Paul just waits until the situation is dire and puts the reliever in the most perilous position possible.

Hess got cheated on that first at bat on a couple pitches, but after he walked the second batter, he should have been pulled. Paul does this constantly letting pitchers walk the bases loaded and then bringing a reliever in a pressure cooker

PM blows my mind sometimes. Telltale signs of fatigue missing armside and high should not have faced the second batter of the inning let alone the third. Inexcusable
