pool/billiards could be fun and relatively cheap
also not a sport but poker would be cool

Need scholarship teams and training complexes (just use one of those buildings not being in use around campus)
1. Wrestling
2. Rugby
3. Boxing
4. Lacrosse
Probably a few more but wrestling and boxing these sports bring in pro money sponsorships and Olympic goals
