Miles says he wants to coach again, the perfect place for him to land.

For the past 2 years I have felt along with expressing those feelings that it was overdue that Miles had to go for the exact reasons he was let go. At this point I am glad to see LSU is starting a new era, but I am also saddened that Miles is no longer with LSU because of the man that Miles is and what he did bring to LSU.
Miles said on the Dan Patrick show that he wants to coach again as long as it is the right situation for him. In my opinion the right situation would be Kansas State. There is rumor around that this might be Schneider's last year as he is supposedly stepping down at the end of the season. If that does happen K-State would be the perfect place for Miles. He would be at a school in a power 5 conference, a school that has a good tradition in football, a conference where Miles can run his offensive scheme and be successful in that conference today and a school that will be happy with 8 and 9win seasons all day. I think K-State would love him there
I would love to see that for him, good school, good tradition in football, Big 12 school, and a place he would be successful in running his scheme of offensive football. If Schneider does retire like rumors are out there, Miles name should be the only name on the list.

He should look into fantasy football.

I could see Les being hired on at Michigan as an O line consultant. Similar to what you're seeing at Bama. They'd be able to pay him minimal because of LSU payments.

USC-west may not be too far fetched.

No way that happens not with Harbaugh there. Also I think I recall there has been scuttlebutt in the past that Harbaugh is not a big fan of Les's.

I don't think K State would be a great fit. K State has no talent and consistently gets coached up. Les needs to go to a place where it's possible to recruit good players. If Herman comes from Houston, Les might be a decent replacement there.

I hope he gets a good gig.

It's not. He runs the pro-style offense that they like and he'll kill it in recruiting. If they miss out on thier top choices, they would be dumb to not look at him.

I agree K-State over-achieves, but I do believe he could recruit and recruit well there!!! I also think the admin would love to hire a coach with the pedigree that Miles has.

Really, you think Houston after seeing the success that a Herman offense can have and they would want to switch that offensive philosophy to a Miles scheme? Son, stay off the crack pipe that shite rots your brain as you can see with that comment.

Actually, his best fit is Penn State. I dont see them keeping Franklin after this season. They have not improved at all and have become a bottom feeder. Penn State would be perfect
