I watched highlights of the inner scrimmage we had right before the season started and it looked like Milam was raking against our pitchers also. My thoughts at the time were who is this cat? Well he has a name its spelled MILAM.

For the OP, these were my thoughts exactly as I watched him play for the first time today. He's also intense like Altuve and seems to be an extremely smart player.

With Milam I’m curious to see how he does as a switch hitter. With the advancements in stat tracking, switch hitting rarely proves to be equally valuable from both sides. Most guys have a dominant side that is noticeably better.
