I trust what Pete Jenkis says about our defense. Detillier not so much.

how can you not include the two most talented WRs on the roster (Chase & Terrance Marshall)

This is an exciting projection and makes us all proud of the state of the defense in the LSU football program. we should be hard to score on. On the other hand, there is a huge talent disparity with our offense. How many on the offense will play in the NFL? A few, for sure (esp. at skill positions), but we just don't recruit as well for our offense. This does not appear to be markedly better under Orgeron than it was under Miles.

I think the season will all boil down to one thing. Can our offensive line control the big boys that Bama, Florida, aTm, Texas, etc. will bring.

Concur. Barring any major injuries, it is ALL about the OLs ability to provide JB some time, and the stable of RBs a crease, just a stinkin-crease. ATHs abound at skill positions and at every level on our D.

It's the fact you didn't even remotely list the receivers in order of production and completely left out the third best receiver in Marshall. And listed a player that will probably never play another snap at LSU.

Jefferson, Chase, Marshall, Dillon, Mcmath, Jaray Jenkins, Palmer, Lee. In order, is a better overall group imo than Randle, OBJ, Shep, Boone.

Palmer is comparable to OBJ, though we'll see how much production the freshman actually have.

But Jefferson, Chase, Marshall is probably the best trio we've had since Bowe, Buster, Doucet.

again...the point I was trying to make (that everyone else seems to get) is that our receivers are stacked. I just listed the ones I thought of off the top of my head. At no point in my post did I say anyone was listed in order of production...since, you know, we are talking about the future.

I wasn't aware the season had passed this year and you already know who our best receivers will be

I've always felt Detillier is very good at what he does, so I'm very excited to hear this.

And that was one of the best units in the history of CFB. TM7 with those guys up front was historic.

Fehoko is the weakest out of these guys. He takes plays off and I don't think he gets drafted
