Interesting quote from the article that may help LSU:
quote:

REMEMBER, YOUR JOB AS A BAG MAN ISN'T TO HIDE THE BENEFIT. IT'S TO HIDE THE PROOF.

Godfrey has been lighting up the “merit badge media” since this shite all started. Dude knows what really goes on in collegiate athletics.

This is still the best article SB nation has ever done. It’s really great.

When you factor in all the money programs make, what the coaches make, advertisement, sponsors, gambling, etc. College athletics is a billion dollar industry. If universities have to compete to get players.. Who cares?

That's what is complete bullshite about what's going on with Will Wade.

It's never been a moral issue. Hell it's how normal business is done everyday.

In college sports it's about "amateurism".

In the multi billion dollar industry that is college sports IDK how you maintain amateurism in the long run.

Without clicking, is this the guy who paid Pitinos hookers or the one who bought Zion’s mom a mansion?

This article fills in a lot of blanks in my knowledge. I was pretty good friends with some players back in the 90's. So much makes sense now.

- It's actually called Foul Play and it's by SB Nation/Godfrey. I just finished it (4 part series about 30 minutes each). I would highly recommend anyone that's been following the Wade stuff to watch it.

Nice article. That is partly why so many kids leave early for NFL....some dont want to risk injury but some are used to getting $200-500 whenever and want that to be much more NOW or they are just tired of dealing with the secrecy.

Anyone that is against Wade, can read this, and then still be against Wade are out of their minds. There is no such thing as a clean program and never has been. The moral grandstanding is comical at this point. Will be the same stupid frickers cheering for LSU football as if most of this team isnt taken care of behind the scenes, just like every other SEC team we’re competing against.
