Miller can look so smooth sometimes and then spastic another time. But I think that dude finding himself, particularly a little physicality, could be a game-changer for LSU.

Is it just me or does Boopie look like he’s 40 years old

Yes their defense is terrible
It is. Especially in transition. We need to not bail them out with easy buckets and foul shots.

Agreed. And DJ wants someone, anyone to actively crash when he drives so he can flip it up to the big.

1st game I’ve watched all year. I really like this team. They care. They bust their asses.

For whatever reason Miller is one of these bigs we’re seeing more of who were allowed to play on the perimeter in HS and take awhile to adjust in college. It suck’s because the potential is there

First game I watched in its entirety was Boston College, which was a tough watch

Miller is kinda young too, but I like his trajectory right now.

Oh man I was enjoying watching Boopie. That’s a bad break for him and SMU.

Boopie is really quick, but he’s a little undersized.
I hope it’s not too bad.

It’s really just his rebounding that’s holding him back. Per his minutes his offense isn’t too bad and he’ll block shots but he’s not rebounding at the rate we need
Posted on 12/13/25 at 9:04 pm to mmcgrath
All we need is Max to hit 90% of his shots. Just simple coaching.

Pretty brave assumption based on watching 1 game
Didn't look this way the last game they played.
Although I think they're better than last year, I still think this team will only be mid SEC at best, mainly because they're still poorly coached. They've been making all their shots tonight, which is the difference. They still don't have an actual half court offense.

I agree, I think his defensive instincts are pretty good. But he just seems like a bit of a spectator when the ball goes up.

Good enough win and OOC resume to at least put us on the bubble after getting 7 conference wins.
