I’d take McElroy every game of it meant never having to listen to Dan Orlovsky again.

Lol this was when I quit taking him seriously. Myles had just gotten hurt after 1000 yards and 11 TDs in 3 games but TJ was better because we ran all over USCe

I stayed at the downtown Hilton the past 2 nights which is where McElroy et al stayed. I spoke with him last night in the bar after the game and he was extremely complimentary of our team. He said that was a huge win for us. If we can keep that up tempo offense rolling we will be trouble this year. He said BK has done an amazing job filling holes in such a short time

I can't stand Joe Tessitore. He calls every play like it's going to be enshrined in a hall of fame highlight reel. The announcer version of the boy who cried wolf.

Watching a replay and Tessitore kept saying Kayshon Bootie and not the correct / BOO-tay. Kinda annoying.

Tess is a fantastic broadcaster and I especially love when he does boxing.
That said, I hate any announcer that gets really excited for something LSU’s opponent does. Not his fault as I’m obviously biased, but his excited voice is brutal if you cheer for the other team.
Sean McDonough is like that too. If LSU’s winning, awesome. If they’re not, mute it!

Miles better than that CBS train wreck. McElroy is solid, I actually like him a lot. Tess is ok.

The problem with announcers like Tess and Gus Johnson is…..if your team is playing bad, you want to kill them. If you are playing good, they fire you up. He probably needs to tone it down a notch. McElroy is solid.
