Ok, I'll take a guess. Vehicle third from right is a 1958 Ford, so the year is 1959-60ish. Location would be either Florida Blvd. or Scenic Hwy. I'll guess Scenic Hwy. I'll also add that this is a Sunday after-church lunch crowd. And they're all thinking about the same thing - that fried okra.

Piccadilly in its heyday was one of BR’s greatest businesses. If you got fat on eating just mac n cheese, that’s on you. Worth it though.

And Arnsparger was the best football coach that fans don’t talk much about

While he may have been a good Xs and Os guy, he was cantankerous, ill-tempered, and had little to do with day to day operations around the team and wasn't big on recruiting. Always had the feeling he was at LSU for the check. That's probably why few talk about him.

The first Piccadilly was on Third St downtown. Kress building if I’m not mistaken.

Nope.

If 2019 LSU football lays an egg it'll be Bill Arnsparger and Piccadillys fault
