Matt Lienart commenting about developing a QB is kind of funny to me considering his own development... or lack thereof

Dumbass, he was a really good college QB. He's talking development of college QB's.

Yes because if he says what at least half of the people on the Rant are complaining about it makes him wrong. He just summed up what the Miles detractors have been complaining about for at least 2 years. And he was reasonable in the analysis. He played for a coach in college who knows how to get the most out of his quarterbacks talent. He might know something about it.

I think the difference between Miles and Stoops is easily Big12 vs SEC. Also, they did sneak into the playoffs last year. So that should be more than enough to cool his seat down.

I really think it all circles back to Alabama and the strength of the SEC West. There is no true powerhouse program in the Big12 since the fall of Texas.

Stoops is 8-9 in bowl games and won the championship 16 years ago. So I'd say Les has about the same amount of sucess there.

I'm not saying they didn't deserve a playoff spot. It's more just to point out that it would be crazy to have him on the hot seat after making the playoffs.

He is right on Miles and wrong on Stoops. Stoops not firing his incompetent brother who does not know how to coach defense anymore will be his failing. He and Miles are in the same exact spot.

Could not agree more but don't give OU any ideas to buy a ticket in the Tom Jerman lottery

Many college players are "bought and paid for," although maybe not to the level of Bush.

I saw with my own eyes numerous things involving LSU basketball players in the 80s that would've classified as "bought and paid for." And football players getting copies of tests before they were given. First hand knowledge here.

This stuff goes on everywhere.

It's safe to say that Miles out-coached Stoops in three of their four all-time meetings, the one outlier being the game when Oklahoma was ranked #1 overall at the time and lost to LSU in the NC game.

Uh Saban was our coach against OU in the title game - not Miles. Wow. No wonder you love Miles so much. You're giving him credit for Saban's wins.

So if Cam is such a great OC, why has our O been in so inept?

It ain't for lack of talent

He's been hamstrung by Less. That is an indisputable fact. You'll never make me believe that the altercation between Less and Cam didn't happen. You could see it on Less face after the game.

"Bad assumption"

Then, you are college football/SEC football mentally challenged.

Like Miles or not, but is one of a 120 yrs of LSU football coaches to win a NC and he is the only LSU football in our our history to play in 2 NCGs. He also the only coach in our history to have a handful of teams ranked in the top 5, to beat Aub., Bama, and Fla. in back to back to back yrs., and .win 78% of his games.

And he has done all that during a time in which the SEC hasvnever been stronger in it's history. In other words, no more 3 L SECW champs.

Your statement is laughingly ridiculous, but each do our own.

Ultimately who is responsible for recruiting said QB, and developing them. Les hasn't done it in this department.

Now, that's fricking funny. You have been shitting on Les non-stop, but only after Wisconsin you cant stand him?

As others have said, you are an idiot.

It was worded kind of funny, but he was not saying that Miles was at LSU that year.
