I heard his comments real time. I respect Les Miles. I think Leinart was respectful and gave a pretty substantive opinion based in fact and track record. It certainly didn't sound like a uninformed cheap shot to my ears.

Good post...
I think CLM's biggest problem has been recruiting the right QB for his system...round pegs don't fit in the square holes...
You would think he would recognize this obvious mismatch of QB to his preferred offense...changing the offense to fit the QB he recruited would make more sense than what he has been doing...
With the emergence of Etling, his offense can now be ran more efficiently...
New QB's coming in next year will have to fit into the square holes that are provided, or it will revert back to the last 2 years of ineptness...

I wouldn't put stock on anything a former USC QB says. The only Trojans that are relevant anymore are the ones fitted on private parts.

Not a fan of leinart (the whiner at usc) but he speaks the truth on this subject. Good summary of our situation.
