The first woman, who did not play sports, said she lived in the same apartment complex as many athletes, Guice included, as a freshman in 2015-16. Early in the second semester, she hosted a party that Guice and several other football players attended.

That night, Guice forced her to perform oral, then vaginal sex, she said. When she woke up in the morning, he was gone, she said. She told a few close friends that Guice had taken advantage of the situation, though she did not explicitly describe it as rape at the time, she said.
