What are you talking about?
it appears THIS CASE, LSU did nothing wrong.
Guice has several major issues that can get him into trouble, this isn't one.

The best part is the girl who sent him a nude pic then is claiming assault that he showed someone. Did she think her tit pic was a special sacred vow of love Guice would cherish and guard? They obviously had no real romantic relationship but she wanted to a bad girl cleat chaser. What an idiot.

quote:Meh. I see nothing wrong with LSU getting its side of the story out there, in this case, just a couple of days before it would have come up anyway in testimony before the state senate's Committee on Women and Children. Its actually more like LSU throwing the committee a bone by showing its hand before Thursday.
LSU leaking the facts that the ladies family used her to try and get money out of this doesnt make lsu look any better to me

God you are fricking stupid
He took a picture of her naked in her doorway without her knowing, then sent it to a bunch of people.
She didn’t send him a nude picture
How much more of this can you get wrong? Read the report

What was she doing nude with him in the room jackass? Good job white knighting for that cleat chaser. Thanks for proving my point.

After listening to the audio, LSU did nothing wrong in the handling of this

But an AAU Coach easily fulfills that criteria.

It’s not blackmail....then proceeds to blackmail
So a kid making a pass at a security guard is now a disqualifying event?
frick this world. There’s a lot to be pissed at LSU about. This ain’t one of them.

My question is; does this Williams guy have any dealings with Dickie V?

Again, read the report, mouth breather.
Samantha Brenan, complainant 3, directly from her police report .....
"Brenan advised that she believed Guice & her "fooled" around in her apartment, especially on the couch, but she did not feel she was assaulted"

After listening to the audio, I think it’s even more clear that O hadn’t had a conversation with this woman, at the very least before this phone call. The AAU coach name dropped just about everyone who had an ancillary role in this and O wasn’t one.

The old lady or the three other women that had accused Guice of rape at this point?
It was two other women, both with less than clear versions of exactly what did and didn't happen.
quote:
The first woman, who did not play sports, said she lived in the same apartment complex as many athletes, Guice included, as a freshman in 2015-16. Early in the second semester, she hosted a party that Guice and several other football players attended.
“I remember, I was like, ‘Who invited him?’ ” the woman told USA TODAY, saying she disliked Guice because of what she’d seen of his attitude and demeanor.
Drunk and uncomfortable with Guice’s presence, the woman said, she went into her bedroom, shut the door and passed out on her bed. Though her memories the next morning were hazy, she said, she knew she’d been assaulted and had “trauma down there.” She suspected Guice was responsible because he had put his number into her phone.
Over the next few days, the woman said, she had more and more flashbacks of the assault, making her memory of it clearer.
quote:
[Second woman] She met him for the first time in late June 2016 at a bar near LSU, she said. She had been drinking before she arrived, she said, and at the bar, Guice bought her several Patrón shots. She was “extremely” intoxicated, she said. Her memory of the night is fuzzy.
“I was very drunk,” she said. “Way too drunk to give consent in the first place.”
A friend of the woman, an LSU athlete at the time, told USA TODAY she was at the bar that night. She described the woman as drunk. Guice offered to drive them home and dropped the friend off first, she said.
The woman made it to her apartment, where she lived alone. She and Guice went separate ways. Sometime after, Guice texted her, asking if he could come over, she said. She said she allowed him to come over but told him nothing was going to happen.
That night, Guice forced her to perform oral, then vaginal sex, she said. When she woke up in the morning, he was gone, she said. She told a few close friends that Guice had taken advantage of the situation, though she did not explicitly describe it as rape at the time, she said.

As what usually happens, the discussion in the thread is becoming far attenuated from the specific topic brought up in the OP.
The issue is that there is a committee of legislators demanding that the HC of LSU come testify before a senate committee in response to Scott's testimony (remember NONE of this is happening in a court of law). Testimony where Scott claims the alleged actions of Guice and vicariously, LSU, significantly affected her life. This information raises the question of if this lady has an ulterior motive for her actions and whether the Advocate wants to admit it or not, may call into question her credibility.
Was she really "that distraught" because a 20 year old kid made vulgar and stupid statements to her...or only about $100,000 distraught?

Sounds like both of those cases are fuzzy, at the worst.

Of course it does. Even if she honestly did not consent this AAU coach to solicit money, that will be hard to prove.
Coach O is not going to testify, either. Will prepare a statement

Guice is a shite bag....this family also appears to be a bunch of shite bags though
