As an lsu fan, it is upsetting to me Guice was going to suit up and represent lsu no matter what unless they actually saw physically with their own eyes his dick inside a woman as she was screaming no
Did he touch her? or threaten her?

For sure. But why?
In my post I said why...
There is a code of conduct athletes have to follow as they are public representatives of LSU's brand.

This issue has nothing to do with anything else that occurred.
I'm 100% convinced Guice is a sex criminal, but not in this particular case. It's nothing.

If my kid who has never been in trouble gets caught drinking, im not going to be mad
My kid that has been accused of doing meth, driving drunk, and being in trouble all the time gets caught drinking, its a different animal
LSU is trying to make it about "just this story". To anyone who isnt binary, this story is just an additional data point on how lsu didnt give a shite about harboring sexual deviants

I understand what you are saying here but the use of “binary” and “sexual deviants” in the same sentence usually means something totally different these days.

Are you assuming gender here?

Nike to which Verge seemed to indicate that they could find out if the guy was lying because LSU has friends at Nike who could confirm if this guy was telling the truth.
maybe, but im not sure why that would be relevant to what they were discussing
Backhanded threat by Verge & completely relevant

Right, but my point is why do you have to verify who he is unless you are considering paying him out.

Doesn't exonerate Guice in the least
Does anyone even care about exonerating Guice at this point? I think the main point of discussion is based on LSU's internal handling of the situation, and an extortion attempt by the victim would certainly be relevant to determining if LSU handled it correctly.

I’m at a loss as to what this woman is after. While gross and repugnant, Guice's actions did not break any laws. The whole idea that he “sexually harassed" her in any legal sense is asinine. He had no position of authority over her and she didn't work for LSU or the athletic department.

Not at all but it doesn’t paint Gloria Scott in the best light either. There’s no way this Williams guy called LSU looking for money and she didn’t have some idea what he was up to. That also adds another angle to why lawyers and NOPD wouldn’t touch her case.
This, exactly. Except also the fact that it's purely a random he said/she said situation where the credibility of the accuser is vitally important, and her looking for a payoff (albeit careful to deny any knowledge or money demand by this random Scott guy), doesn't help her case any.

I was replying to someone who insinuated Guice didn't actually do anything.

Now we see grandma was full of shite

Well, basic right and wrong, truth and justice, for those that care about such things, would dictate care about exonerating anyone that is innocent of the accusations against him, even if he was bad, guilty, wrong or whatever in other situations.

The SJW's and nasty women will scream, but he did nothing in this incident to cause such an outroar..
He was tacky, crass, pathetic...but people it appears LSU handled it correctly.
