I don't do much social media, but think Locked on LSU is a decent watch. He does try to dramatize some of his topics. But his takes are generally reasonable.

I love Trey'dez as much as the next guy, and I hope we keep him.
That being said, I'm not losing any sleep over losing a guy that consistently drops passes in big moments. The highlight reel catches are fun, but the 3rd down catches to move the sticks are more important.

I mean, Green doesn’t fit into a Kiffin offense and we couldn’t do much with him except a fade in the end zone. It won’t be that big of a deal if we end up having a remotely competent offense.
Ole Miss’s tight end single handedly beat LSU this year. Treydez would factor hugely in LSU’s scheme next year. When he’s in the open field first guy almost never gets him down. What am I missing here.
Oh I’m sorry - he’s only good for jump balls.

He has a high opinion of himself but, if he is only as good as his credible sources which I think is far less than he actually has. With each coaching change, his sources may dwindle. Plus, the people in the know are usually tight lipped particularly if the head coach wills it. Kiffin's experience with Saban probably taught him to keep his friends close and enemies closer.

TDG is not in the portal so what you are saying is Frank Wilson is tampering with LSU’s roster
Well, the thing is that he’s still employed by LSU so no it wouldn’t be tampering. I would hope LSU ends the FW contract now unless already done. On the other foot, LSU coaches are still employed by OM, so I guess they can talk with OM players?

Not BSing. Was on a date with the wife. Check my history if you want. I’m not just gonna throw some random BS out there. I just saw Frank from behind with that green hoodie he always wears and bald head. And not gonna lie I had no clue who the player was at first. But I knew he looked familiar, he was tall, and had to be a player. Then after we left I started looking around at social media and as soon as I looked at close up of Trey’dez I was like that was 100% him. Walked out of my way a bit to confirm it was Frank before I left out. I could have probably thought of a more “believable” restaurant, or something closer to LSU if I was just making it up.

I don't understand why he is doing commercials. For a car dealership, which the owner is a big alumni for ole miss.

makes you wonder when FW’s contract with LSU actually ends
seems like the second the plane from Houston landed his work at LSU was done

Scone said that figure is in the low 5 digits

You’re a moron if you let a talent like Green walk.
You’re the moron for thinking LSU should let a player “hold them hostage”. What has he done to warrant having any leverage? Because he is tall?!? He’s done next to zero on the field and all of your concerns are based off of potential. He’s two years in and hasn’t realized his potential yet and there’s a good chance that he never lives up to your billing. No need for you to act like a douche… no one player is bigger than the team. LSU was barely .500 with him.

Of course they are. The jilted ex syndrome is strong in Oxford

Probably because Matt Bowers has a huge customer base in South Louisiana.
Same reason LSU players do ads for a UGA graduate Todd graves.
Some of you people need to learn how to think macro.

He's a TD machine.
If you don't recognize how valuable that is, you are lost.

You believe what Scone says?
Posted on 12/31/25 at 9:15 am to king47
I’ll say guy is from the Zachary area. I don’t think there’s a lot of possibility of him leaving LSU. He signed a Nike deal a couple weeks ago. Lane obviously has a good offense and targets the TE. I wouldn’t worry about that. I would worry more about Berry

That would be so dumb for multiple reasons for Treydez to leave LSU for Ole Miss.
Or better yet, any offensive player that is worth a shite for LSU currently would be a complete dumbass to just leave while knowing they are choosing leave the best offensive mind in football who would maximize all of their potential.

Imagine being a retarded fat cuck like Moscona. Must be a miserable life. Also imagine being Ole Piss who has never won shite with their 68k capacity stadium ??

Damn, I’m surprised at how many of you are so willing to let TG walk. Sure he’s had his drops and sure he may not be the prototypical TE for a LK offense. But things like drops can be improved. And there’s no doubt in my mind LK can find a huge role for a player like TG in his offense. He’s really a big WR in my observation. LSU should absolutely do what it takes to retain TG, you can’t let playmakers like him walk. IMO

Trey Dez isn’t going anywhere. He is very close to his mom and his mom isn’t leaving.
