Yes
ETA:
I'm confused why you're confused
Homeless guy at City Hall asks City Hall employee for help in the bathroom.
They both exit the bathroom.
City Hall employee gives guy his business card, info on housing, and $20 in the lobby.
Homeless guy "forces" City Hall employee back into bathroom from the lobby without showing a weapon and "forces" him to do things and give him more money. Again, never showing a weapon.
Homeless guy then calls City Hall employee at a later date using business card.
*ALLEGEDLY

I may volunteer to be a public defender just to represent the homeless guy. Too many holes in this story.

I don't see how dudes get rock hard to rape someone. I just don't get it. Disgusting.

I think the victim probably was a Cornell graduate.

It seems like an uphill battle to win on this argument.

Baton Rouge leaders increase security after alleged rape, robbery inside City Hall

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Security is increasing at Baton Rouge City Hall following the alleged rape and robbery of a city employee inside a bathroom last month.
Baton Rouge police arrested Alfred Richardson, 67, accusing him of sexually assaulting the employee and forcing the victim to give him money.
The alleged incident is raising questions about security inside City Hall and how such a crime could happen inside a public building.
Mayor-President Sid Edwards said the city had already been working on security improvements before the alleged incident occurred, but the city has since placed an even greater focus on keeping employees and the public safe.

“We know the world we’re living in now. Nothing is foolproof. There’s no complete safe space in the world,” Edwards said. “But I can tell you we’re working really hard to keep this place secure and we’ve made great strides towards that.”
Shortly after the alleged incident, the city hired Southern Defense & Security to provide three full-time security guards at City Hall.
Two guards will be stationed at the front entrance, where people entering the building will be required to pass through a metal detector.
A third guard will be stationed on the third floor outside the mayor’s office and the Metro Council chambers.

The additional security is in addition to protection already provided by the Baton Rouge Police Department and the constable’s office. The contract with Southern Defense & Security will cost the city about $17,000 per month.
“This is a different world than when I grew up and our goal is to make this as safe as possible and to keep our guard up,” Edwards said.
The city is also considering other security measures, including new security cameras with artificial intelligence capabilities, a security app that could alert employees to potential dangers and self-defense classes for city workers.
The city has also installed bullet-resistant glass outside the mayor’s office and in parts of the Metro Council chambers.

I went to City Hall once. Glad I wasn't a victim.
I did find it odd that there was NO security in the main lobby.
I just walked right in the building.

It could be worse. Imagine how much an anal rape would've cost him.

I always carry a couple of hundred... you never know when you're gonna get "forced into the bathroom at possible weapon point" and "forced to suck a dick" which i might enjoy so much that I pay the guy for his service

Local government’s been raping people for decades, but until now they’ve been too lazy to call anyone back.

On Sept. 30, the victim got a call from a voice that he recognized as his attacker. The caller left a voicemail, and police were able to trace the caller’s number, the warrant said.
Guess he needed another bj and $80.

Sounds like the city hall employee engaged in some down low, ghey shite, the robbery part doesn't sound right, he gave the perv money. I mean isn't there EBRSO cops who guard the lobby?
