LSU vs UF on CBS: Oh Joy

I might be in the minority here, but I hate Danielson and Lundquist. I'd rather the ESPN "R" squad we had Sat than have to sit thru a CBS broadcast. Always seems like the red hat ref spends more time on the field than the white hat ref.
So, I got some predictions:
- I give 1 quarter before we get a Tebow Reference.
- I bet Verne doesn't get out of pregame without an over exaggerated "Allllemound".
- I give at least 3 "Oh my goodness"es from Verne before Halftime.
Verne should've been put out to pasture a long time ago. I'm sorry, I just really hate watching the two of them. I'm willing to tolerate Danielson if he had a better play by play guy.

I don't see why people hate them so much. They are hilarious. So what if they are biased and goofy? They aren't hurting anybody.

You are.
Danielson is one of the best in the business, he knows his stuff and I really like listening to him explain the plays. Todd Blackledge is a very close second.
Verne, on the other hand, I can do without. He just babbles. I don't hate Verne, hate is a strong word but I can do without his babbling. He's got a great voice as a commentator but..... that's about it. He needs to stick to calling golf or something.
Blackledge/Nessler are a great pair.

I actually like Danielson because he's incredibly opinionated and has something interesting to say most of the time. Unfortunately, he's paired with an old drunk guy. But Danielson does what he is paid to do: provide color. I'll never get being mad at a color commentator for having opinions. That's the job.

Verne gets the call wrong frequently but big whoop. But Gary really knows his shite. If you don't like what he has to say then I don't know what to tell you. He knows more about college football than anybody I can think of not coaching a Division I team.

Blackledge is my favorite, but they're both in my top 3.
