Such a heartbreak game to watch. Hard to believe 21 in a row retired. Maybe time to call it a year. Miracle if they can come back to win 2 in a row. Maybe a new set of bats would help.

Made some money tonight off Alabama ML.

I knew LSU would get throttled.

Today in other super regionals, Arkansas scored 14, Mississippi State scored 11, Texas Tech scored 10, Oklahoma scored 9, Florida scored 8, Nebraska scored 8, Alabama scored 7. LSU got one hit, then failed at the plate 21 times in a row.

I really want to know from the ones who said how much they improved over the last part of the year, do they still believe that? Or do they now realize it was a benefit of the scheduling. I’ll say it again, anytime we play any team with a pulse we can’t compete. And please don’t say….Well we played OU good and Auburn did good in the SEC tourney and, and, and. We are a mediocre team with a mediocre coach who couldn’t win the big one when she had the studs pitching and hitting in 15/16. What a waste. Defend Beth at their own risk, their ignorance will shine through once again.

Wow. This team is in a super regional losing game one to the number one team in the country. Did y’all really think we would be crushing bama? This team has achieved a lot this year. Are y’all never happy?

There is an I hate Beth Torina club here. Unless she wins a Natty at this point, they will not be satisfied.

my wife has coached with me before, she knows softball. she told me we would get our asses beat.

i tried to be positive lol.

beth is a good persona and a good coach.

just not good enough anymore at this level. the level we Need TO BE COMPETING AT. simple as that. way past time for a change.

not sure LSU cares.

They did improve. Virginia Tech was a good team, basically seeded 17th to LsU's 16th.

Beth does have a nack of doing just enough to keep her job. Once she realizes she's off the hot seat, she relaxes.

I picked them to be 8 - 16 in the SEC, so I could be wrong and they win the next two. Alabama is seeded 1 for a reason. I just wish we were more competitive. CC was the only one that did a good job tonight. She did give up a double to her first batter, but other than that she shut Alabama down.

I'm hoping Heavener can get a win tomorrow and CC can pitch Sunday.

Well, the performance of the ACC in the playoffs would tell a different story. So, let it shine.

Old Lizard Face Torina She is arse. She is supposed to be the pitching coach, and there never seems to be any development of her pitchers.

They played better the last 4 weeks because they played two of the worse SEC teams and V tech was not ready for the environment in BR.

I disagree. Heavener was off and on all season, but CC improved and Monticello really improved (Not so much tonight).

I really wish Torina would have started Heavener or CC tonight, keeping Monticello as a relief pitcher - which she did a lot this season.
