LSU will have to at least get into the 40’s. The defense is just so bad.

Only way we win is a shootout. Our secondary makes ordinary quarterbacks look like first round draft picks.

They have a very pedestrian rushing offense and their OL isn't very good at all.
And our D couldn't stop 7 girl scouts.

No. We're gonna need at least 45 or 47.

This shite is so played out. KJ had a good game because of a few busted plays.

Cook, Dart, and Travis are all very good college quarterbacks. Cook threw for 400 yards but had 2 picks and was 30-47 passing. Those quarterbacks are all good at short, quick, and intermediate passes.

Milroe is a MUCH worse thrower of the football than any of those three. We will sit back and play soft zone and he'll go for under 200 yards.

Does it concern you at all that opposing quarterbacks have some of their best games against our defense?

Milfroe has thrown for under 200 yards once this season and it was in week 1 when he threw for 194 yards. Give me one reason why you think our defense can hold him to under 200 yards passing.

Not particularly, because the 2 that have had great games against us are Travis and Dart, 2 very good quarterbacks, and KJ who you can attribute a lot of his production to busted plays.

I think he's a very bad passer. His weaknesses are our weaknesses. Our defense is literally set up to stop Jaden Milroe. Give him short and middle of the field and take away deep balls. That's about all we've been good at doing all year in the defensive backfield when we're in our soft zone coverage. It's something he has struggled mightily with.

Alabama isn't a huge running threat. They have average backs and an average offensive line. Their top receivers, Burton and Bond, are inconsistent. Burton has had one good game and it has massively inflated his stats (9 for 197 and 2 scores). You just have to not let Burton and Bond get behind you, something LSU has actually done well this year.

I understand you saying that Milroe won't have 400 yard passing and 4 TD against us. I don't understand how you think that LSU will force him to have his worst game of the year. That just hasn't happened with any of our opponents outside of Army and Grambling. And with LSU possibly not having Harris and Chestnut available, I just don't get why you would think that.

No. Not with this defense. I mean not 31. It depends how much over.

State had their worst game of the year and Thorne had one of his worst (he's terrible so they're all interchangable).

I just don't think Milroe is good or someone you need to concern yourself with. Just my honest opinion. You can rush 3-4, spy perk, and put 6-7 in coverage every play and make him beat you underneath - something he's proven he cannot do.

I'm usually not confident going into bama week. This year? I genuinely think we walk out of tuscaloosa with a 2 score victory at a minimum. Already bet $200 alternate line LSU -14

Thorne actually had is most passing yards against any P5 team against us up until yesterday, but as you said he is awful, so I don't really take anything away from that game. Milroe has thrown for 200 yards in basically every game he has played and I don't know why you think we would be able to keep him from doing that. We certainly aren't the best defense he has played. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. I also think you just pissed away $200, but I hope we win.

O/U is 57.5
Bama favored by 6.

That means the oddsmakers predict the score will be about 32-26.

I think LSU will score a lot more than 26 pts, perhaps 35 or more.

It all depends on how our defense plays.

I'm predicting 38-31 LSU over Bama.
