The atmosphere sucks, the city sucks and the whole state sucks. Lived there the last 21 years, they are arrogant pricks who cake walk through a weak arse conference and get ranked high every year. Overrated like Texas and Norte Dame every year, sick of it

wonder how they are going to deal with losing 3 to 4 games every year

Lol that’s what I’m ready for

Sure they may end up recruiting dline talent in a few years to compete

But that arse is going to get worn out playing elite teams as often as they will. They just don’t have the depth

Oklahoma is the flattest state I have ever visited. That all.

Anything east of OKC is not flat at all.

Okies are excited and thankful to be joining the SEC.
Why????

I'm from OK but graduated from LSU. Still don't want OU or TX in SEC

Norman? Ehh.. it’s a poor man’s Tuscaloosa. Their fans have a stick up their arse and they party as such.

Correct. No doubt about that.

They are a rather humorless lot, in my experience.

Yeah nothing says fun like having to pound those 2 percent Oklahoma beers

Edit: I guess they changed the law. Turns out some stores can sell stronger beer now. Their fans may need it when they are winning 7 or 8 games a year instead of cupcaking around the big 12

haven't been there in a few years but the last time I bought beer/booze there they had regular beer in the liquor store, everything else was 3.2(grocery store, convenience store)

That shite is not supposed to be for another 10-15 years. I wouldn’t be concerned. I’m more concerned with UCLA forfeiting this years game.

Which we will gladly give to them if they’d just come and get it.

Texas and LSU are going to become instant rivals very quick. It’s going to get ugly very fast.

Their stadium will be covered in piss from their fans being scared of us. Nola and Atlanta shook them bad, and they hate us.

Norman is a great college town if you’ve never been. That being said I can’t wait to go in their house and embarrass them. OU and Texas have no idea what they have just done to their W/L record. The SEC schedule is a meat grinder that ruins seasons every week.

Hold up. Let’s not forget that Texas is 6th in the big12 since expansion in wins/losses. The 2nd team is Oklahoma State followed by Baylor & TCU. Texas is going to straight up get dominated in the SEC. they won’t even beat Arkansas or Ole Miss on a consistent basis. They’re basically running from Kansas the way A&M ran from them.

OU on the other hand can likely hold their own in the SEC.
