Brumfield & Deculus we’re both benched. Did you even watch the game?

Yes. But brumfield is a senior with plenty of experience. I'm not buying into the tiger ree propaganda.

The funniest part about this, is much of this is a result of none of you actually listening when we'd explain things to you. Despite time and time again explaining that we hoped the team would perform well, we were treated with calls that what we really wanted was failure. You guys have talked yourselves into believing that everyone here thought the wheels would fly off

The fact that you think now that you had to explain anything to anybody is hilarious. Not one person on this board has a problem with a discussion on LSU'S weakness or strength. To act like you were doing anything but attacking the coaches and other posters is asinine.

Who is coming off an injury and prob still hurt.

Even so, ask yourself how many snaps that group played together this year. It wasn’t many

How embarrassing is that.

Sure I'll buy that. But with all that being said I don't think these excuses will hold up as valid next year.

Stop this shite. Nearly EVERYONE you are currently arguing with in this thread expected LSU to play pretty well this year in terms of overall record. The fact that the press missed so badly does not give you the right to then suggest EVERYONE thought they'd suck.

The truth of the matter is that those pimping for Orgeron continued to downplay the possibility of any success this year so that if they didn't tank they could point to any success as some grand improvement.

I think The line will be good next year but I’m not sure about it.

Our tackles haven’t been great and I’d say Charles regressed.

My hope is that Rosenthal is ready in a year.

Thomas is a monster and should take 1 Gurd spot.

Picks them to lose 2 games they actually won.

Tries to pass opinion off as reasonable

Florida??

I said the team was talented enough to go 10-2, with probable losses to Alabama and Auburn. I saw UGA as the swing game that I thought coaching would cost us to make us go 9-3.

Got good wins over UGA and Auburn, who now was clearly overrated and stuck with a coach they gave a stupid extension, and lost a game we should have won to Florida (Mullen’d again).

If we win out, which we should, we will finish a game above what I thought this staff could do.

Great. Happy for the players and that we as fans get to enjoy a great bowl game.

But that doesn’t mean all bets are off and all concerns are invalid and the future is secure.

Who would honestly think this way?

O is 0-3 against Saban and 0-2 against Mullen. Are we gaining on those two or not? Because without catching them, the championship aspirations Alleva and O proclaimed for this program will never be met.

My concern all along has been what happens when Meyer’s QB and Miles’ DC aren’t here to bail us out anymore.

I’ve seen nothing to ease those concerns.

Lies. But I'm sure it makes you feel better to denigrate Miles like that. Of course your criticism is in respect of an appearance in a frikin National Championship game. Kind of weak sauce.

I can't imagine anyone stooping to that level. I'm not going to RA him or anything but I wish an admin would see it.

fricking hilarious. You'd have to expect that he's morbidly obese to say some of the things that he does.

There are plenty of innovative OCs that are able to work around subpar offensive lines, especially with the talent we have at the skill positions.

Unfortunately, we don’t have an innovative OC.

I could actually see it being a strength. Concerned about tight ends in the running game though.

He's thrown a lot of really good passes and every qb misses here n there. That's why 70% is a good completion rate and not 90%.

Bruh

. His floats closer to 56 if I remember correctly and the 14 percent gap can absolutely be attested to average rbs, a horrible o line, and consistently playing great defenses this year

His CP is 53.4. He’s 138-258. To get to 70 would be 181, no 43 incompletions cannot be blamed on all these other excuses. You are deluding yourself at this point. Even 63% is 25 incompletions that’s not all on everyone else

quote:

You'll see next year.

Since you are blaming everyone else, why will there be a big change? The “garbage” OL will just magically get better? The WR that are apparently the only ones who ever drop passes will magically get better?

quote:

This is the first qb I haven't hated since flynn and there's a reason for that, and it's an objective one.

This explains a lot. There are definitely things to like about Burrow, but you want him to be great because it’s been so long

I didn’t mention anything about les Miles. We are talking about our line play being better. We have to have at least 2-3 nfl caliber guys to truly compete with them. Sensitive much?
