I don’t expect much out of our team. Honest. But I would prefer to not be embarrassed by them twice in three weeks.
Unfortunately I can’t do anything about that. I’m long past my prime. But those who can do something about it should probably look into that instead of complaining like a bunch of women on Twitter.

Some of us old timers don’t have Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.

MILLENNIALS at their best. Young attention hungry puddles until they are held accountable.

Wait till they see how pro football fans act.
Ha!

Anyone on Twitter making personal attacks at a player is fricking loser. Get a life.

Players don't understand that without fans the game wouldn't be as big as it is today with the opportunity to make life changing money for them. Now that doesn't give the fans the right to go on that player's social media accounts and directly dog them out, but fans complaining on a message board shouldn't hurt their feelings. We've become a society of weak minded people that can't take criticism. What happened to the old "sticks and stones" adage?

we love our team and players, unless they aren't making the effort.
we know they are better than they have been playing - that's the complaint. we can't cheer and support guys who aren't going all out. and no player should expect us to.
I haven't read any posts that were getting personally insulting on players. when they were getting criticized, it was very specific to plays on the field.

Good. They’re an embarrassment. They should feel like absolute shite.

I mean, if you’re looking to have a really crazy Sunday you could always sign up and just look for yourself.

I must assume these players never complain about other teams they are fond of.

Most of these guys have ambitions of playing in the NFL, do they think the response there will be better?
It would be one thing if they were playing their asses off but we’re getting beat by better teams, but when your HC has to put in loaf punishment drills after practice you have nobody to blame but yourself.

Why should players get off social media?
Posted on 10/11/20 at 6:16 pm to adamb2151
Our "fans" will be the reason LSU loses it's grip on Kory Foreman and Maason Smith. Buncha doomsday lunatics on social media. I get the frustration but some of you are going in way too deep.

You aren’t entitled to shite. You earn that respect. What did you think the rest of the league was going to bow down to you just cause you strapped on the helmet? Losing is one thing. Loading on the field and acting like you don’t care then bitching about it on social media is something different.

I have complained about the coaching on the defensive side and the lack of effort by the defense yesterday

The players need to know it’s not directed at them. It’s directed at the coaches.

Hell with that. They don’t look like they GAF

We get to sit on the internet and anonymously complain about players. Turnabout’s fair play, I suppose.

It’s a sign of this weakass generation. They are the thinnest skin people I have ever seen. They literally think they should be praised for showing up.
I lost a ton of respect for them with their bs “walkout of practice” protest, but this just reinforces that this team has no heart or leadership.
They simply think they deserve praise for being there.
