LSU officially qualified for the SEC tournament; tracking our SECt seed

LSU can finish in a tie for 7th place with a win and Gamecocks loss today. Can finish as high as the 8 seed or as low as the 11 seed in the SEC tournament.
SEC standings (RPI):
t7. Bama 13-17 (17)
t7. USCe 13-17 (23)
t7. LSU 13-17 (31)
t7. Vandy 13-17 (32)
t7. Florida 13-17 (26)
12. Ole Miss 11-19 (28)
LSU caught up with Vandy and Ole Miss in RPI. Finish 13-17, 8 or 9 seed and get the RPI to 25-28 and we should be in a regional.

Every series went our way tonight. LSU keeping postseason hopes alive if they can win the next 2.

Vandy @ #2 UK
UF @ #9 UGA
Bama @ Auburn
Could get very interesting with those matchups. Would be very Gump-like for them to get swept by Auburn. Maybe the baseball gods bless us. You never know!

That one and that one game against Florida definitely stick out as hurting the most to me.

And the fact that we held Bama to 4 runs in tye sunday game and still lost. It's like our bats are worse on sunday too . They should be better on sundays

The hitting is measurably worse for Game 3. Musso did a whole episode on his podcast this week highlighting just how bad the bats are in Game 3 of the SEC series.

Vandy could definitely be swept by UK.
Florida could be swept by Georgia.
Bama? They'll win at least one vs Auburn.
LSU just needs to sweep, and the rest will sort itself out.

Hoping for the 8-9 game at 4:30, with a couple of long games ahead of it. Supposed to be hot in Hoover Tuesday.
Consolation for the 12 seed is the night game.
I think the SEC gets 10 teams in, with Aubie, Mizzou, Florida and Ole Piss left out.

And on multiple occasions all we needed was a hit in game 3 to win that one. Just so damn close.
