It’s because there is not movement. Ever.

They just set a lazy high ball screen and that’s it. That’s the ENTIRE action of the offense. That’s why I just shake my head at the groupthink “McMahon is a better X’s and O’s coach.” He’s not. He’s never been. If you understand basketball at even just a slightly higher than basic level you see just how bad this offense is.

Flip the roster again next year. IT WILL NOT MATTER as long as as McMahon is the coach.

Sears wasn’t a bad player at UT Martin. But that’s the problem. There is no plan. McMahon is totally outmatched at this level. It was glaringly evident in year 1. Unfortunately, the only people who don’t realize that are the LSU administration and 5 members of his fan club on here.

I’m not generally in favor of a mid season firing. But I think this is one instance it may help. The team would at least play with more emotion for the assistants. The players are about to quit on McMahon
