Florida has 2 consecutive end of season losses by an average of 28pts or 4 touchdowns and moved back a total of 2 spots
Forget LSU in the equation, any system that allows that is highly flawed.
Give us a system with a transparent formula. Let the teams and coaches know what needs to be done. Use whatever criteria in the formula, margin of victory, conference championships, OOC schedule, strength of schedule whatever the hell it is. I don't want to have to compete with the whims of a randomly thrown together committee for a money interested venture

Oh, I am so sorry. Memory loss is a horrible thing to deal with.
Really???? Grow up... LSU had their shots and blew them... The polls mean NOTHING to an LSU team with 4 losses............

Well, considering the #2 team in the SEC gets a NY6 bowl and this year the teams that could be #2 all had 4 losses, yes the polls do mean something.

What have you done for me lately?

People have been saying for years, we need to score points to win, and impress the voters. When we score ZERO v. Bama (something no other team did) we look weak
And how do we fix that problem? (after Jackass Alleva said he recognized offense was the problem) we hire a failed DLine coach
Expect more of this in years to come

I liked the BCS system. Use that with 8 teams.
ETA: I don't need Condoleeza Rice, Joe Aleva, or Buzz Aldrin telling me that team X is better than Y or Z.

Our ranking is bullshite, but we lost to both Auburn and Florida. We don't deserve to make the Sugar Bowl ahead of either of them.

CFP with 8 or 16 teams and BCS formula setting pecking order is where we need to be.

Or should of lost 63-20 and would of been ranked ahead.

If LSU wanted to be ranked above auburn and Florida, they should have beat them.
Although I normally feel that way, See Louisville and FSU...
There isn't much consistency. LSU and UF both have four losses, but UF has the head-to-head. However, all of UF's losses were double digits leading to a 21-point average margin of victory in their losses which included a bad blowout loss to Arkansas. LSU's losses are by an average of 5 points to all ranked teams and they were tied with the #1 team in the nation in the 4th quarter. It made zero sense for LSU to drop as far as they did after losing to Bama. LSU had their chance against UF and blew it, but the rankings don't make much sense.

And yet Florida State is going to a NY6 bowl over Louisville.
You can say that LSU didn't deserve the Sugar Bowl, and that's probably correct...but Florida State is in LSU's position in the ACC, and they're getting a ticket to the Orange Bowl.

Florida lost their last 2 games combined 85-24, and fell 2 spots. Crazy

Absolutely Speedy...and what's worse is Florida got on the board whereas LSU shite the bed on offense against Bama.
So, UF's loss was more impressive than LSU's?
They were raped last 2 games dude....2 spot drop is asinine.
