Feed has been perfectly fine for me. I don't think the SECN is responsible for your shitty internet.

ESPN app on the Roku has been clean for me. Laptop the two previous days on espn.com/watch was garbage, laggy. Maybe they prioritize where they send the electrons.

Dunno if this will help, but I’ve fought multiple streaming apps for the better part of a year adjusting every setting and analyzing every aspect of the network I could. I finally found out that my TV’s Wi-Fi was the issue. It’s insane, but putting the TV on a wired connection (or disable the Wi-Fi on the TV) fixed 99% of the issues that were driving me crazy. Samsung TVs with AppleTV 4Ks FYI.
To be clear, not running any apps off the TV, just the ATVs. But the the Wi-Fi somehow was disrupting the HDMI feeds.

Never had any issues with any games on these ESPN and SEC streaming channels.

I'm using the ESPN app on a Samsung smart TV and the feed has been perfect. You're problems are isolated to you. Get better internet.
