They went into College Station and beat the Aggies like a red headed stepchild. And their new coach is pretty good. I would not count them out.

I went once and we won 63-28 when they had Tim Couch. So we didn’t always struggle.

A couple of things go into that stat line.

Not a ton of history there. Last time we played there the BoT was present to basically fire Orgeron. Not our best squad.

Les Miles had a way of making bad teams turn into nailbiters (Troy anyone?).

KY has been so bad historically in football they got overlooked. No SEC team should get overlooked and willing to bet Kiffin will have them more ready than any of those teams since ‘02.

Thank two of the worst hires of all time at LSU — Scott Woodard and Brian Kelly. Those two masterminded the idea of turning LSU into a Big 12 school.

Not saying they are garbage by any means but somone brought up beating A&M like a drum. They won by 10. They gave up over 400 yards to a team that we held to 140 yards first half with starters and total of 174 with zero touchdowns total at the end. We also put up over 500 yards on A&M compared to barely hitting 4 by KY.

Again. I’m not saying they are a scrub and we need to play like we have been, however this isn’t The Orgeron or Kelly’s tigers. Our offense is starting to come around and gelling. I think we will be fine, esp with some long drives.

The next three weeks will show how well Lane has rid the Tigers of BK and established a new mindset.

UK: Road game against a decent opponent who usually plays LSU hard and has given Lane trouble in the past
MSU: First day game. 11am kickoff in TS
AU: 11am road game against a lesser opponent...but Jordan Hare

Then a much needed bye.

Ok. Tell me who KY has beaten? Also, they aren't capable of beating every team in the country. They arent good, and there is a reason we 10 pt favorites on the road.

I can tell you’ve never played sports before Or even followed this sport for that matter.

Run the damn ball, takes the crowd out of the game. KY gives up on the average 5 yards per rush. Run it up their arse all night long and defense do not be tentative. Crush them.

48-13

Well maybe if Les Miles would've given Charles Scott the fricking ball a few times more in the second half

100% correct...I was at that game and it was simply mesmerizing why CS did not get more carries, he ran all over UK in the first half...it was absolutely inexcusable!

FWIW, we've only played them twice in Lexington since 2002. The other three times we played them in TS since 2002 the average score would be 42-3 for the Tigers or 125 to 10.

The last one was Orgeron's final season when the team was not playing well anywhere against anybody.

Orgeron was fired following this one, but it wasn't announced until a week later after Ty Davis Price had unexpectedly run all over Florida.
