I quit believing Trump when he said he didn't have sex with Stormy Daniels when it was apparent to even Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles he did.

Curious, did you stop believe Bill Clinton over the Monica "activity"?

You are 100% correct. AND, it's not fear mongering...it's history. Take a look at all the communist takeovers in history. The "puppet masters" pull the strings till they get what they want and then eliminate the puppets. Take the Soviet Union for instance, Trotsky was Lenin's right hand man and a major player in the Bolshevik revolution when Communism took over Russia. Let than sink in...he was a LEADER in the movement. When Stalin came to power he had Trotsky exiled and had him followed to, I believe, Mexico where Trotsky was assassinated.

All the old leaders of the democratic party better watch their backs...this outcome, should communism take real root in the US, is coming for them, too. They will not have a seat at the table.

What really needs to happen is the Conservatives and the Liberals (I'm not talking about the extreme RIGHT or the extreme LEFT) need to get together to stop this terrible movement that seems to be taking root in our nation. After all, the right answers are always in the middle...why?...because that's where GOD is!!!!
Maybe California can get the UK to pay for reparations. It was the British Empire that was the purveyor of slavery across the globe...particularly, in the western hemisphere.

I believe that is the point of his theses and the point I was making. And don’t forget, he was excommunicated for his beliefs expressed in his theses.

I with I could upvote you a thousand times because you are absolutely correct.

This is not necessarily directed at you, but as a general response.

Here is a fact…in the 4 gospels Jesus never once says “worship me”. He does however, say follow me something like 36 times.

this was always the logical conclusion of the protestant reformation. the fundamental reason for the protestant reformation was a protest against the hierarchy of the church. now we have a protestant faith without a hierarchy and doctrine is fluid. the great thing about being catholic is that popes come and go, but the sacraments are eternal. the mass has ended go in peace! at the end of the day the protestant reformation was an historical blip.

You really need a history lesson. In case you are unaware Martin Luther was a Catholic priest. If you read his 95 Theses you’ll find that the vast majority were railing against the fact that the pope was selling indulgences.

Luther posted his theses around the year 1515. St Peter’s Basilica started construction in about 1505 and basically took 100 years to complete. So, When Luther posted his thesis (which he stated was a vision from God) the construction of the Basilica was on-going.

Indulgences were a free pass out of purgatory sold by the pope to help pay the cost of construction. So, Luther saw this as very similar to Jesus’ anger with the money changers basically extorting the poor to pay for doves, lawds, etc for sacrifice at the Temple. And quite frankly, it is exactly the same thing.

The pope at the time excommunicated Luther for speaking against the indulgences and that started the Protestant reformation. The fact is Luther was simply trying to be a follower of Jesus…AND…he was right.

Just curious…what does this mean? Are you Catholic? Again, just curious.
What it showed me was to prove that, for the most part, college umps call a pitch where the catcher catches it rather than where it crosses the plate. Prove to me how bad these guys are at balls and strikes.

How about we get away from the crippling lawyer-based economy we've been living under? But we know Jeff ain't doing that.

Just so it's known, I am NOT a lawyer. But, while the PI lawyers do play a part in the insurance crisis, I can't help but wonder why the insurance companies (which are EXTREMELY greedy) never seem to get their fair share of the blame?

VATICAN CITY, March 4 (Reuters) - The Vatican's top diplomat warned on Wednesday that the ongoing U.S.-Israeli attacks on Iran undermine international law and ?said nations do not have a right to launch "preventive wars", ?in an unusually direct criticism of the military campaign.

"If states were to be recognised as having a right to 'preventive war' … the entire world could risk going ?up in flames," Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican's Secretary of ?State, said in an interview with Vatican News.

When are we going to revoke tax exemptions for "churches" that comment on political matters? Don't get me wrong, the Vatican has a right to express their opinion and most certainly peace should be at the forefront of that opinion, but they DO NOT have a right to tax exemption.

Am I missing something here? It appears that what was voted on was to release the information to the public and it passed 357 to 65.

Maybe if ICE concentrated on detaining those rapists and murderers instead of harassing and murdering U.S. citizens, he could go back to playing golf with the President.

You have got to be kidding me with this statement. Tell me why hasn’t there been any other incidents across the country during ICE operations? You can’t continually harass a sleeping dog and then blame the dog when he bites you.
The force equation is mass x acceleration. There seems to be confusion regarding acceleration, though. This not the acceleration of the vehicle in the sense of depressing the gas pedal.

For the force equation the use of acceleration, even if the driver had let off on the gas pedal, would be the change in velocity from the movement at the time of impact to the officer who is, relative to the vehicle, virtually standing still, over a matter of microseconds times the mass of the vehicle.

In other words the vehicle relative to the motionless officer is still accelerating even if the vehicle is slowing down.
