How is the mask mandate what bothers you so much?

Are all sideline players/coaches refs going to wear masks, what about fat cats in suites... what about press box? Band will be allowed in limited capacity but they won’t have mask on and they’ll be blowing out spit through their instrument... so why does a socially distanced fan have to wear one in an open air stadium... there are no science based facts supporting this

Come on Woody. Thanking JBE? Really? I’m gonna take a hard pass on this shite show. I’ll watch on tv, or better yet, relive the glory of last season through my DVR. The experience that LSU is putting out there is not something I want to be part of. It’s sad and depressing. The fact that LSU is now BLMU makes it easy to walk away from this.

We have held out until this point. Wearing a mask while seated will not work for us. They should have us "socially distanced" in seats so it should not be necessary. There are games each year where you can barely breath in the heat as it is. Can't imagine a mask during those.

I mean, yeah this sucks arse, but the season doesn’t start until damn near October and the only game that’s gonna be hot is Ms State hopefully. Don’t play Mizzou til October 10th then S Car the 24th. Doubt it’s gonna be 95 in mid to late October but you know how south Louisiana weather is.

My issue with all of this, as has been since March 13, is that none of these measures are necessary. The virus is being utilized to implement societal change and a new world order. Kids should be in school on campus every day, and fans should be allowed to tailgate and stadium at 100% capacity.

If you are elderly or have other serious comorbidities, it would behoove you to stay home. Everyone else should live their lives as normal, as should have been procedure since day 1.

I can't believe we're 2+ weeks away from playing and people are bitching that it's not going to be like every other year of football.

I'm just glad I get to see LSU play football

Who cares about all the other shite?

New alcohol policy...appears to be no alcohol sales period for game 1

quote:

I haven't seen the email yet, but #LSU season ticket holders who opted in are getting alerted that there are NO alcohol sales for game 1 against Mississippi State inside Tiger Stadium. No Beer, No Alcohol in the suites, and yes this is subject to change.

Are the other SEC schools cutting their Band in half like LSU?

Before I get really I have to know what everybody else is doing.

Is Bama having a Crimson Band and a White Band (Not Racist ) alternating games.

Do any current TB members or fellow TB Alums know the answer?

This is just really Dumb As Georgia Red Clay Dirt stupid in my opinion........

Which is my theory as to why sports have taken this approach. They knew people would revolt if they could not patronize their beloved sports franchises, so by turning the people against those franchises, the government can continue to tighten the noose on civil liberties and the right of assembly without triggering mass revolt.

Get some rest, hoss.
