Racey = DK Metcalf
That's a really good comp size wise.
Can McMath run a 4.33? He's fast but I don't think he is that fast.
Then again, perhaps Racey can actually move laterally, unlike Metcalf.

Yeah it’s a pretty spot on comparison actually

If Logan is really up to 330+ that can’t be good news.
Did he swallow someone in the off-season?

Racey pretty damn fast. He’s gonna be a great deep threat next to Marshall and Chase, being able to take the top off and give them room to work underneath

Jacoby Stevens up to 246 lb
Stevens was getting huge last year. When he destroyed that Clemson receiver, and hovered over him for a couple of seconds, he reminded me of Laron Landry. He looked jacked. I bet he was 235 lbs then.

Can't wait until some dumbass organization has him as the 3rd or 4th best WR in the draft
Chase will be the first WR taken in the draft unless he has a serious character meltdown, and there’s no chance of that.

I find it sad that 99 percent of them major in sports administration or interdisciplinary studies.
They will have a tough time after college if not in the league
If they have much personality they can make it as a salesman by trading on their LSU career. Otherwise, just having any college degree qualifies them for low end white collar jobs that might not impress an OT Baller, but it is a living.

Stevens is listed at 230. Here's a really good comparison on 247 sports that Dandydon had today:

If that is the case, I don't see why he's not playing LB. That is his position in the NFL and the spot where he seems most suited to be an impact player. At 246 he is significantly bigger than guys like Queen, Deion Jones and Kwon Alexander. He's a very good tackler and at his best around the LOS. He struggles when he's matched up man to man vs. WR's.
I like Brooks's speed, but he just seems really light to be a ILB. Particularly after what's going to be several months of the players missing the formal weight training program

If by jacked you mean fat then I agree. He was looking pretty heavy

Stevens’ weight was incorrect. This is from over the weekend.

With the amount of attention Chase and Marshall will command, Racey and Gilbert should be in line for huge years. Racey is a physical specimen that can run. He’s waited his turn and deserves a huge year.

Good news that Shelvin and Ika stayed about the same! Both are big boys that could have easily put on too much. We gonna be good in the middle of that Dline.
Like that Joseph Evans beefed up to 319 for OC spot. Hines(349) and Bradford (365) both added a lot which might not be a good sign. Big Kardell trimmed down to a sleek 326. Can't wait to see what he does.
D Clark seems heavy for LB at 245.
Stingley put on 5 lbs. Gotta believe that is probably muscle with his work ethic.
Hard to know if any that gained put on good weight, but we know they have been eating more home cooking than a normal year. Glad to get them on campus.

Bad
Way too big for a Center. He's 35lbs from where he needs to be. I wonder if Guard is in his future? Coach O has been commenting negatively on his weight most of the spring.
I have suspicion that Liam Hendricks is going to get a hard look at C.
O has also commented on Bradford's weight. If he can drop 20lbs this summer that would go a long way to helping him prove he's the most talented OL on the roster.
Not a great sign coming into your money making year that you are this overweight. I hope this listing is wrong like the Stevens' one was.
Logan around 300lbs is a monster and can play multiple spots along the line. Logan at 340 is almost useless.
O said in May Brooks was up to 210. This was 2 weeks ago.
>
That's not 210
Brooks is one of those high metabolism guys that needed the spring to lift and eat to gain weight. I would imagine doing that on your own is pretty tough. How much weight he can put on between now and September will determine his workload.
Like Brooks, he is another guy that missing the spring hurt. Dude needed to gain some 'good' weight. Played great in spots last year. Needs to keep adding to withstand a full snap workload.
The Good
Perry coming off an injury looks to have improved his conditioning
Turner is finally in the neighborhood of a CFB OL
Evans as well, transitioning from DL. He's a summer away from being in the 310 range, right where he needs to be.
Ojulari at 230 makes him a legit threat to get snaps on passing downs

Though O has said he is closer to 220, this is still a fine weight for him.
Finley looks great after shedding a ton of weight
and Max is rock solid for an incoming freshman. Power cleaning 300lbs recently.
kudos to both guys for putting in work
One of Emery's knocks last year was that he just wasn't physically ready. He's in that 210-215 range that he needs to be. He's clearly made it a point to be more physically ready.
Not much movement here, but Curry looks to have kept in excellent shape

Holy cr@p, our RBs are gonna tear up opposing dlines!
Do we really only have 5 returning LBers? NFLSU took a hit at that position.

Going to be a good year at LB position. Excited to see the leadership of Jacoby Stevens and the addition of Jabril Cox. Davonta Lee is gonna a dangerous man back there, book it. And lets not forget the consistent play from Demonne Clark.
