I knew he was going to go off about this. He's been anti neutral site games for a while now.

I’m curious as to how other fans nationwide feel about this.. are LSU fans the only ones who are sick of it?

Orlando is neutral territory for the Florida schools. Tons of FSU fans in O-Town.

I'm sure a lot of other schools don't get nearly as mad about it. But other schools aren't sacrificing a huge game in Tiger Stadium for them. We're giving up the best home field advantage in sports for $.

couldn't tell you, it seems like its us and a handful of other schools that seem to play the biggest % of them. I'd imagine their fan bases are growing just as weary of them.

Kind of a classic case of having a good thing, exploiting it for every cent until everyone is so sick of it it's incredibly difficult to come back from it.

That’s cool but it would way cooler if it was a home and home. A night game in Tallahassee sounds bad arse
I agree. Its disappointing that they couldn't make that happen. Although I'm never sad about havimg my Tigers come to my back yard to play. I just think the only way to save attendance at home is to have these games at home.

Yep. I love when LSU plays in Nola. I leave my house four hours before kick off and am parked in a free spot after a quick 15 to 20 minute drive. Then bar hop a little. Enjoy a game in a nice seat with A/C while sipping a beer.
And of course after it's over, I'm back on the road and home 30 minutes later.

I gave up on going to BR for games four years ago. Without a parking pass and with the traffic going to and from, it just got to be too much of a pain in the arse.

Just how much does it cost to "rent" the Superdome??? I mean and it holds 30,000 less people than Tiger Stadium. What is wrong with our head guys???

First, I hate neutral site games but at least this one is in New Orleans. What sucks is Labor Day in Orlando. New Year’s Day is terrible there. I can only imagine how miserable the first of September will be. LSU won’t sell many tickets for this game.

I would much rather this be a home and home.

I would do go to Tallahassee

Orlando is 250 Miles from Tallahassee and on the wrong side of Gainesville. Same state but nowhere near the hub of their fan base.

Congratulations on being wrong. Where is FSU's fan base? Some radius around Tallahassee? No! Tallahassee is an island in the middle of nowhere. It's actually a real pain in the arse to get to for most people in Florida. That's why FSU plays "home" games in Jacksonville and, wait for it, ORLANDO!

They get a tremendous turn out for these games as it's MUCH easier for their fan base to get to the game.

Should be home and home. I'll take it, but this type of shite is why I gave up season tickets. Just not worth the money losing a game and having 3 complete shite games no one can give tickets away to.
