2012 LSU football team was loaded on offense and defense. How TF did we lose this game? This game broke me as fan of Miles/Chavis, so much wasted talent.

Definitely a "changing of the guard" type of game. Both programs went in opposite directions.

We had no business letting them back in that game. Jeremy Hill was going off.

Remember watching that game in South Carolina surrounded by Clemson fans. Could probably see the steam leaving my ears. Looking back, that win over us was a huge turning point for Dabo’s program.

4th and 17 or whatever it was.
Another game Chief pissed away at the end.

Talk about letting a team back into the game and giving them the game.

Ruined my New Years eve, that's all i remember about that bullshite

Myles wouldn't pass most of the game, then late in the game when we obviously should have ran the ball, he opted to throw. He basically gave them the game.

A lot of respect for Boyd after that game. He got put on his arse it felt like every play. One of the most frustrating losses I can remember.

10.3 ypc for Hill and he had 0 carries in the 4th

I was at that game. I recall turning to other LSU fans in the 3rd quarter and saying we would lose the game because Miles was already trying to run out the clock.

The fact that we stopping running hill still pisses m the frick off. I will never get over this one. We had it

Including a 3rd and 2 with 1:42 remaining and the ball on the 46 yard line in which they decided to pass the ball instead.

Miles’s strategy of trying to run out the clock started at kickoff.

They called a perfect play Mettenberger threw the ball 10 yards over Landry’s head on a simple out route.

Sounds like Charles Scott vs UK 2007. Dude gashed them bigtime in the fist half then was basically in the locker room for the entire second. Classic Miles.

On 2nd and 3 you are correct. The pass on 3rd and 3 was a terrible call.

We definitely catapulted Clemson in that one...
Only cool thing about this game was took daughter and splurged for 50yd line tickets on first row. Was cool but our guys were anything but in to the game.

Big game Mett delivered when it counted! This is why I disagree with those who cite him as being great. He had impressive stats and a strong arm, definitely better than his immediate predecessors and successors, but he never put the team on his back or won a big game.
