I’m very tall. Have met Anthony Ranaudo a few times. He definitely taller than me. If Ranaudo is not 6’7, he’s definitely 6’6.
And YES, Coach PM was hated by players outside of a handful.

My wife worked for athletic facilities in college. She hated him too.

Ty Floyd (pictured above) made his second rehab start this year and he was fairly dominant, giving up a solo home run in the 4th as the only run he’s allowed so far. He hasn’t walked a batter yet and he’s struck out 12 in his 7.0 innings while on rehab assignment.
If the Reds ever do call him to the show, he would be in the same rotation with Chase Burns and Rhett Lowder.

Sounds like PM has some kind of short man complex and hated everybody.
I remember the short video link when Kim Mulkey landed in BR, disembarked, embraced PM, then proceeded to lift PM up off of his shoes, showcasing his small stature. That was hilarious

And Mahtook. But that’s about it.
Jared Mitchell too. You’d think PM walks on water the way they talk about him on Mik’d Up.

It was always rumored that the players hated pulmonary when I was at LSU in the late 2000’s.
Ran into him and his wife at Ninos across from Perkins Rowe circa 2018. Was very nice but clearly he was in PR mode.
Like Les, it was only a matter of time that the dirty laundry came out. Things get swept under the rug when you’re winning games.
Say what you want about O, what you saw is what you got. If the worst thing he did was knock boots with some young strange and maybe lose focus on the team, at least his players loved him.

Hell, there were many people around the football program and athletic dept who were not upset when Saban took the Dolphins job
