Outside of the boxtards, many will be surprised by Stevenson this year.
Of the freshman, there's KR, Zardon, Fraley, and Poche.
KR and Zardon are making it tough on the coaching staff. Both played very well this fall but I would give a very slight edge to KR. Fraley could be the best overall player in the freshman class, but he's got two things working against him: a crowded outfield, and he's a lefty like Laird, Stevenson, and McMullen. We have a ton of lefties in the lineup already, and we know how PM is with his matchups. Poche is the easiest to read. He'll be a starter, either Saturday or Sunday. I'll also throw out Bugg's name because he has the potential to be a real force out of the pen.

Moore
Laird
Stevenson
McMullen
If McMullen is the DH, adding Fraley would make 5 of the 9 batters hitting from the left side.
