So we beat #5 and #20 and lost to #1, #6 and #11. The only real crappy loss on the year was aTm. We should have played better against Tennessee, but the aTm was the one major letdown for this team.

But it was a great turnaround season. Blowout bowl win for win #10, 5-1 in the SEC West and beating Bama at home for the first time in over a decade in one of the best Tiger Stadium nights of all time in route to winning the SEC West.

Reporters are stupid and lazy, all they focus on are the 4 loses not the ten wins.

In fairness, Georgia won their game by 58 points and didn’t move up either.

Tulane is 9.
They can post a big copy of the Top 20 on their Emdymion float with 16 and 9 highlighted. It will be a bigger celebration than Georgia's.

LSU was more depleted than Purdue from a player's perspective, except QB, but their QB reportedly almost won the starting job. We creamed Purdue for the same reason that Georgia creamed TCU, because we were the much better team. We would've creamed a full strength Purdue, because our backups were still creaming them.

LSU was easily one of the top 10 teams this year. The way that TCU got beat down shows how much stronger the SEC is than the rest. The Big 10 is the only real competition, but then only Ohio State and Michigan are upper tier, so the depth of the league is far weaker. TCU doesn't even belong in the top 2, much less #2. Ohio State, Alabama, Michigan, Tennessee and LSU would all trounce them.

Georgia could've scored a couple more touchdowns if they wanted to. It was like a college team playing against a pro team. LSU is so much better than TCU. TCU would have lost 4 or 5 games if they were an SEC team.

Oh, that's it? Just QB? "We were evenly matched, officer, except I had a gun."

LMFAO who cares? I sure don't. Like I said let the team fly under the Radar next year and give this team so extra motivation heading into Spring and Fall Camp.

If anyone needs more proof of how stupid and useless the AP poll is these days, Tennessee beat Bama and they each finished with the same record, and Oregon State beat Oregon and they each finished with the same record.

And Tennessee had a better or at least equal bowl victory compared to Bama. As much as I like Kansas State, they aren’t the name or power that Clemson currently is.

Losing to A&M killed us in the rankings. If we had beaten the Aggs, we end up around 10.

Honest to god- if we would have finished 14th would they make you happier? What about 13th?

Beat A&M and you finish top 5. Win and stop crying

Exactly. This failure lost all respect LSU was getting at the time. But like people have said, it’s over and no one gives a shite anymore. Time to move on to bigger and better days ahead.
