This team plays much better when playing at a fast pace. I will never understand why McMahon doesn’t throw in some pressure defensively just to speed up the game.

I said he tries, but at 6'10, he plays much smaller than that. He occasionally has a nice game, but he struggles to make an impact around the rim on offense and defense.

You could say that in about 85% of games in the McMahon era. LSU has been horrible with turnovers for 3 years today isn’t anything new

Not really. It’s been known for a couple of years that Cenac is/will be an elite prospect and add to that he’s a Louisiana native. Missing out on him is pretty inexcusable.
The fact of the matter is that McMahon has yet to get an elite recruit. It shows when we actually have to play teams with a pulse. This isn’t Murray State where a team of 2 and 3 stars can get to the tournament by coaching/scheme alone. That simply isn’t going to cut it (as evidenced by the last two seasons)
